Basquerville 2024 triumphs at the LAUS and DIGA awards: Basque design with its own stamp
The Basquerville Basque Design and Technology Festival, promoted by BIC Araba through the SPRI – Enpresa Digitala initiative, has been recognized with several of the most important design awards at the national level. A total of three LAUS awards and one DIGA award confirm the significant creative impact of this edition.
At the 2025 LAUS Awards, organized by the ADG-FAD, the festival received:
🥈 Silver LAUS for Redesign of the Visual Identity of a Cultural Project, awarded to Habemus Estudio / Bukleh.tv, for a solid, coherent, and forward-thinking graphic evolution.
🥉 Bronze LAUS in the Visuals category, shared by Habemus Estudio and Basquerville, for the development of the festival’s visual universe, which has connected with the public and powerfully reflected its essence.
🥉 Bronze LAUS for Poster Art Direction, to designer Xabi Isasti, for the Harroby project, created for EIDE – Euskal Diseinua and the Basquerville festival itself.
In addition, Basquerville has also been awarded a DIGA 2025 Award, which recognizes design projects that stand out for their innovation, management, and commitment to sustainability and social impact.
At BIC Araba, we would like to congratulate and thank all the people and stakeholders involved for their excellent work, their creativity, and for positioning Basque design as a benchmark. This collective recognition demonstrates the strength of the ecosystem and its firm commitment to design, technology, innovation, and local identity.
Congratulations and thank you all!
