Purpose

The pre-application period for SPRI’s Dibertsifika 2026 investment aid is now open. Pre-application for the Dibertsifika program allows investments initiated before the program’s call for proposals to be considered eligible for funding in the 2026 edition. Therefore, investments made between the submission of the pre-application and the formal application, once the program’s call for proposals has been published, will be eligible for funding.

Intended for

Extractive, transforming, productive industrial SMEs, of technical services (linked to the product – process) related to the above and in the field of the information and communications society.

Amount

Up to €1 million per company
Grant intensity: SMEs: 10% of eligible investment. Large companies: 5% of eligible investment.
Increases: Transformative nature: 3%. Strategic sector (HAZI): 2.5%. Strategic sector (IRABAZI): 1.5%.
Minimum contribution of 25% of eligible investment from equity capital.
The minimum eligible investment is €200,000 for SMEs and €1,500,000 for large companies.

Eligible expenses

Support for acquiring or expanding facilities needed to develop new activities or strengthen existing ones, facilitating the implementation of larger-scale industrial projects.
Investments in machinery, tools, and technical installations necessary to launch new production lines or increase the company’s production capacity are financed.
Industrial property and patent expenses associated with the development and protection of new activities are also included.
