Non-repayable grants to support the expenses required to максимально accelerate the rapid growth of small enterprises with high growth potential.

Beneficiaries

Legal entities with at least one center of activity located in the Basque Autonomous Community, with a Business Plan whose preparation was supervised or has obtained the approval of a “Business Innovation Center” (BIC) of an innovative business project, technology-based, industrial, related services linked to the product-process, or knowledge-intensive business, to be developed in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country. That they are newly created, understood as such any company constituted and registered, if mandatory, in the Commercial Register (or similar register), since January 1, 2021.

Objective

Support for new innovative and/or technology-based business projects, industrial and/or related services linked to the product-process, as well as new knowledge-intensive business projects in the start-up phase of the company in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.

Amount

The aids covered by this call will be instrumented in the form of subsidies, considering up to 70% of the eligible expenses, with a maximum amount of the accumulated aid for all concepts of 100,000 euros.

In personnel expenses for the hiring of newly hired personnel, the maximum amount will be 35,000 euros per full-time equivalent job and a maximum of 70,000 euros in total.

Eligible expenses

  • Personnel expenses arising from the hiring of newly recruited staff who are not part of the founding team.
  • External collaboration and expert technical advisory services specifically linked to the development of the project.
  • Expenses arising from new property leases formalized and accrued after the date of submission of the complete grant application.
  • Expenses related to the application for and maintenance of patents and other industrial property rights, as well as registrations, certifications, and approvals.
  • Project promotion and dissemination expenses.
