Beneficiaries

Private companies: small companies, whatever their legal form, that carry out a lucrative activity located in Vitoria – Gasteiz.

Objective

Within the framework of this call for proposals, projects and investments carried out by newly created companies (registered in the IAE after July 1, 2020) will be eligible for assistance.

Amount

Up to 40% of the eligible expenses. The maximum subsidy granted per beneficiary company and year will be €8,000.

Eligible expenses

Incorporation and start-up expenses: registration, notary’s office for the deed of incorporation and drafting of bylaws, shareholders’ agreement, consulting for the creation of the company, technical projects for obtaining the municipal activity license, market and feasibility studies of the project.
Communication expenses: design and development of corporate image, Web and social networks.
Expenses related to the design and manufacture of prototypes, as well as expenses related to the protection of industrial property and commercial names (patent applications and trademark registration).
Expenses derived from the implementation and certification of quality management systems, environmental management, equality plans, energy management and social responsibility, in accordance with commonly accepted standards or norms.
Investments in new fixed assets necessary for the creation and consolidation of the company, directly related to the development of the business activity.
